Dr Donaldson has been General Manager Mapping at the Geological Survey of Western Australia for the past six years. Dr Donaldson's industry experience includes 15 years in nickel, gold, base metals and diamonds exploration and research with Western Mining Corporation, exploration manager for Coolgardie Gold NL and General Manager Exploration for Sons of Gwalia Ltd and Ashton Mining Ltd. He is also a Director of Kimberley Exploration Pty Ltd.
Peter Bowler
Managing Director
Qualifications:Dip Farm Management (Hons)
Mr Bowler has most recently been the Managing Director of Agincourt Resources Limited and oversaw its rapid growth. He was also a founding Director of Nova Energy Limited. As Managing Director of Agincourt, he oversaw the takeover by Oxiana Limited in April 2007. Mr Bowler was previously the Director of Operations for Agincourt and responsible for all facets of the Wiluna Gold Operation including contract negotiations, overseeing feasibility studies, employee health and welfare, completion of sensitive heritage clearances with local indigenous communities, environmental management and business development.
Robert Watkins
Executive Director Exploration
Qualifications:BSc (Hons) MAusIMM
Mr Watkins is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr Watkins is the former Exploration Manager for Agincourt with over 13 years exploration experience in Australia and Africa with Placer Dome Asia Pacific Limited and Delta Gold Limited. He has a recent track record of exploration success in Indonesia and in Brazil.
Greg Barrett
Company Secretary
Qualifications: CA, FFin, B.Comm
Mr Barrett is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He has over 15 years management, corporate advisory, finance and accounting experience working for several listed and unlisted public companies for which he has held the role as Company Secretary for over ten years (currently Company Secretary of Nova Energy Limited). He is the former Finance Executive and Company Secretary for Agincourt and had previously worked for KPMG before specialising in the mining industry.
Ben Larkin
Group Accountant
Qualifications: CA, B.Bus
Mr Larkin is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Finance. He has 5 years professional accounting experience and worked for Moore Stephens Australia before moving into commerce as the Group Accountant for Enerflex Australasia - a TSX listed Canadian based multi-national company whose Australian operations were focused on engineering services for the oil and gas industry.
Paul Tan
Exploration Manager Australia
Qualifications: BEng (Hons) MAusIMM
Mr Tan has over 13 years experience in gold exploration within Australia. Most recently, he was Chief Geologist for all mining operations, open pit and underground, at Wiluna Gold Mine. In 2007 Mr Tan was recognised for his 10 year service to the Wiluna Operations. He is also a member for the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Jenny Abello
Senior Project Geologist
Qualifications: BSc (Hons)
Ms Abello completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours in Geology) at the University of WA in 2001. Ms Abello's extensive experience in Geoscience includes, employment with BHP Billiton at their Olympic Dam site as Project Geologist, supervising drill rig operations on one of Australia's largest prefeasibility projects and most recently as Exploration Geologist for Agincourt Resources where she was based in Brazil and responsible for planning and conducting the prefeasibility drilling on Andorinhas.
Ben Henry
Field Technician
Mr Henry's experience in Regional Exploration commenced in 2000 with Bowler Enterprises operating earthmoving equipment at Wiluna Gold Mine site. By the end of the 5 year term he spent with Bowler Enterprises he was the Leading Hand/Supervisor of operations. His most recent mine-site experience was in Alice Springs on Whiterange Mine where he was the supervisor of mining operations.
Jemma Swarbrick
Administration Officer
Ms Swarbrick commenced in the mining industry in 2003 with Kellogg Brown & Root as Project Secretary for the Mining Process and Industrial Group. In January 2007 Ms Swarbrick was employed by Agincourt Resources as Site Administration Officer for Wiluna Operations.
