Beadell Resources Limited is an ASX listed gold mining company. It owns and operates the Tucano Gold Mine, located in the Amapá state, northern Brazil. Tucano (including the Tartaruga Project) has Mineral Resources of approximately 3.9 million ounces and reserves of approximately 1.6 million ounces, with over 2,500km² of highly prospective contiguous gold exploration tenements.
Tucano is currently the second largest gold mine in Brazil and sits in an under explored greenstone belt. There is significant potential to increase reserve quantity and quality both at surface and underground.
